Dr. Peter Estrada is a 7th Degree Assistant Grandmaster in Tang Soo Do with more than 30 years of combined experience in martial arts, education, healthcare, and military support. A direct student of Great Grandmaster John St. James of the Atlantic Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation, Master Estrada Serves as the Director of both the Southwest and Texas Regions supporting organizational growth, instructor development, and student leadership.

As the founder and chief instructor of the Oklahoma Institute of Martial Arts, he leads programs in traditional Tang Soo Do, self-defense, leadership, and character development. His students build technical skills, discipline, confidence, and leadership through training focused on measurable growth.

Second to martial arts instruction, Master Estrada works in the civil service supporting the Department of Defense and has contributed to human performance, rehabilitation, and operational support that enhances readiness, resilience, and mission effectiveness. He has worked in multiple capacities including a military combative instructor, sports medicine director for special warfare, an executive medicine healthcare provider, and an operational support program director.

Academically, Master Estrada holds a Bachelor of Science from Campbell University, a Master of Education in Kinesiology from Hardin-Simmons University, and a Doctor of Athletic Training – Sports Medicine from A.T. Still University, He is a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedics, a Certified Athletic Trainer, and a Certified Exercise Physiologist with expertise in performance optimization, injury management, and human performance leadership.

Whether in the clinic, classroom, or dojang, Master Estrada remains committed to education, mentorship, and service. His career reflects a strong record of developing leaders, advancing organizations, and helping individuals reach their potential while exemplifying core leadership values.
