Focused Training for Students

Our Teen & Adult class delivers structured martial arts training rooted in the traditional Korean style of Tang Soo Do.

This class is more intense and reality-focused than our youth programs, with a strong emphasis on technique, control, conditioning, and personal growth.

You’ll train hard, hit smart, and walk away stronger in both body and mindset.

Martial Arts That Build More Than Muscle

In every class, students gain hands-on training in traditional martial arts, including:

  • Stances, strikes, blocks, and forms

  • Self-defense applications

  • Structured drills and partner work

  • Coordination, balance, and body control
