Tiny Tigers

(Ages 4-6)

Introductory classes to Tang Soo Do. Great for teaching your kids hand-and-eye coordination, flexibility, and to expend their energy in a positive way!

Family Class

(Ages 7+)

Our primary class, all ages welcome!
Learn basic Tang Soo Do skills and basic self-defense techniques, along with a blend of techniques from other martial arts styles.

Teens & Adults

(Ages 13+)

For teens and adults, our martial arts classes provide the tools to improve physical fitness, and sharpen focus. You’ll train in a supportive environment where every session is a step toward personal mastery.

CPR CERTIFICATION

Learn adult, child, and infant CPR techniques in a hands-on, certified training course. Ideal for parents, teachers, coaches, and community members.
